PRE-MADE ITEMS Processing Time: Premade items ship within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS Pre-orders are made specially for you. Because of that, they take a little more time. Production Time: Pre-order items take 2–4 weeks to be produced (production times may vary depending on demand). Shipping Time: Once production is complete, shipping takes 3–7 business days. Mixed Orders (Pre-made + Pre-order): If your order contains both, your items will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you’d like them shipped separately, please place two separate orders.

SHIPPING DETAILS • All orders come with tracking. • Alzari is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues. • Double-check your shipping address—incorrect addresses may cause delays or returned packages. • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for the reship fee
